Kedgeree 1
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cold flaked fish (halibut or other white fish)
- 4 chopped hard boiled eggs
- 3 Tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Toss in an open pan with a little butter
Serve heaped on a platter
